Synit Banshee Inchiku Tai
Both here in New Zealand and overseas, Synit rods have become hugely popular in soft baiting, jigging and topwater fishing circles. The use of high-quality customised blanks and intricate, top-end componentry have made sure that Synit rods are bracketed as some of the best around.

Graeme Paterson and his daughter Chloe are constantly looking for new ways to extend their range and make what they already have even better. With new styles of fishing constantly arriving on our shores and the always-improving technologies available, Graeme has to have his finger firmly on the fishing pulse.
His latest addition to the Synit line-up is the Banshee Inchiku Tai range of rods. These are purposely designed to fish deepwater soft bait and inchiku-type slow jigs for big, aggressive fish here in New Zealand, although they will also be available for overseas customers.
The rods use the very latest micro-fused multi-directional carbon from Europe combined with Nano resin technology in the blanks. All the Banshee Inchiku Tai rods use a combination of Fuji MN and Fuji KT guides placed in a double offset spiral wrap to eliminate torque twist in the blank when it’s under load.
We were lucky enough to test one of these great rods recently on big snapper underneath work-ups in the Hauraki Gulf. The rod proved to be absolute dynamite on the fish we were catching. Paired with a little overhead reel spooled with light braid, they really are a pleasure to use.
Upon watching the rod load up, you can immediately see that there is a hell of a lot of lift inside the rod. It has a great action, looks great and is light enough to use all day without any worries.

The spiral wrapped guides are fantastic on this light rod and really make the whole set feel comfortable and stable under a heavy load. A good rod like the Synit Banshee Inchiku Tai really makes fishing fun and these will be a perfect and high-quality addition to any snapper fisherman's arsenal. They are also available in three options, to suit exactly what kind of fishing you are into.
