How's the New Year break going out there? Enjoying the weather we hope. Apparently the fishing's on the improve as well!

2024 is looking huge at Dickey Boats. For starters, the new Pacific 62 is scheduled for launch in the first half of next year. It is our biggest, boldest, and most capable project ever.

We've a number of vital team roles on offer including:

Marine Fairer and Painter

A skilled marine fairer and painter, ideally with over 5 years of experience, offering a role focused on high-quality marine coating application and finish, as part of a dedicated team delivering world-class vessels.

Sales Technician

A Sales Technician with strong technical knowledge of boating systems and maintenance, excellent boat operation skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service, for a full-time role in Napier, focusing on enhancing customer experience and contributing to the build quality of vessels.

Marine Joinery and Interiors

An experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker, or someone from a similar trade, to join their team, focusing on crafting and installing bespoke interiors for customised vessels, to the highest standards of the New Zealand marine industry.

Upholsterer - Marine Interiors

A skilled Upholsterer contributing to creating award-winning interior finishes by working with various materials and techniques. Includes opportunities for growth and development in a team dedicated to quality and craftsmanship.

Marine Systems Technician

A Marine Systems Technician with experience in fitting and installing marine systems and electronics, who takes pride in quality workmanship to join our skilled fitout team and work on a variety of projects, including a new concept model.

Aluminium Boatbuilder

An experienced aluminium boat-builder or welder/fabricator, offering a dynamic role in crafting high-quality, offshore-capable vessels, with opportunities for hands-on sea-trialling and a focus on teamwork and exceptional craftsmanship.
